Police: Sunderland fan didn’t take a sell off in his seat

Date printed: Monday 4th December 2017 10:17

Northumbria Police have moved to elucidate that the Sunderland fan who went viral for supposedly having a sell off in his seat on the Stadium of Gentle ‘didn’t defecate on his seat’.

Within the wake of the Black Cats’ Three-1 house defeat to Studying, pictures emerged on social media (cross seek for them for those who’re that determined to peer them) showing to turn a fan bare from the waist down, with one witness claiming a teen vomited after seeing what the offending supporter had deposited within the South Stand.

On Monday, alternatively, the Shields Gazette carried a commentary from Northumbria Police denying grimy protest had taken position.

“Additional to media reviews reporting a fan defecated on his seat throughout the Sunderland v Studying fit on Saturday, police want to explain that this was once now not the case.

“A 17-year-old male was once arrested on suspicion of being inebriated in/whilst coming into a sports activities floor and has been handled correctly. At no level did he defecate on his seat.”
