Spartak Moscow participant Leonid Mironov has been charged with racially abusing Liverpool striker Rhian Brewster, UEFA has introduced.
Eu soccer’s governing frame took motion following an incident all the way through Wednesday’s UEFA Early life League conflict between the perimeters at Prenton Park.
